Klase sa Maynila, suspendido pa rin sa Nov. 13

Inanunsiyo na ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang suspensyon ng mga klase sa lungsod sa araw ng Biyernes, November 13.

Ito ay makaraang manalasa ang Typhoon Ulysses.

Sinabi ng alkalde na sakop nito ang lahat ng antas, kabilang ang graduate school, sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa lungsod.

Sa ngayon, kabilang ang Metro Manila sa mga lugar na nakataas pa sa Signal no. 2.
