MIAA, kinansela ang flight operations dahil sa #UlyssesPH

Kinansela ng Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) ang lahat ng flight operations sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) simula 12:00, Huwebes ng madaling-araw hanggang 6:00 ng umaga (November 12).

Base ito sa naging konsultasyon sa Airline Operators Council (AOC), Air Carriers Association of the Philippines (ACAP), PAGASA NAIA station at Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

Base kasi sa typhoon forecasts, mararamdaman ang hagupit ng Typhoon Ulysses sa Huwebes ng madaling-araw.

Inabisuhan ni MIAA General Manager Ed Monreal ang mga pasahero na agad makipag-ugnayan sa airline companies para sa flight updates.

Ipinag-utos sa mga airline company na siguraduhing nakahanda ang kanilang customer service hotlines.

Sinabuhan din ang airline operators na magsumite ng bagong flight schedules o requests para sa re-timings.

Samantala, ipinag-utos din sa MIAA engineering na mag-inspeksyon sa lahat ng billboard sites sa airport complex para ibaba muna ang lahat ng tarpaulin ads para maiwasan ang anumang aksidente.

Nakahanda rin ang malasakit kits sa mga pasahero sa loob ng mga terminal.
