BREAKING: Typhoon #UlyssesPH nag-landfall sa Patnanungan, Quezon
(UPDATED) Tumama na ang Typhoon Ulysses sa kalupaan ng Patnanungan, Quezon province bandang 10:30 ng gabi.
Batay sa huling severe weather bulletin, huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa bisinidad ng nasabing bayan dakong 10:30 ng gabi.
Bahagya pa itong lumakas taglay ang hanging aabot sa 150 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 205 kilometers per hour.
Kumikilos ang bagyo sa bilis na 15 kilometers per hour sa direksyong West Northwest.

Ayon sa PAGASA, inaasahang muling tatama ang sentro ng bagyo sa Polilio Island sa susunod na oras at sa mainland northern Quezon sa pagitan ng 12:00 hanggang 3:00, Huwebes ng madaling-araw.
Inaasahan namang tuluyan lalabas ng kalupaan ng bansa sa bahagi ng Zambales sa pagitan ng 7:00 hanggang 9:00, Huwebes ng umaga.
Hanggang Huwebes ng madaling-araw, sinabi ng PAGASA na iiral ang heavy to intense na kung minsan ay torrential rains sa Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, at eastern portion ng Isabela.
Katamtaman hanggang mabigat na buhos ng ulan naman ang mararanasan sa Cordillera Administrative Region, nalalabing parte ng mainland Cagayan Valley, Pangasinan, Marinduque, northern portion ng Mindoro Provinces kasama ang Lubang Island, Albay, Catanduanes, at Burias Island.
Samantala, mahina hanggang katamtaman na kung minsan ay malakas na pag-ulan ang mararamdaman sa nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas.
