Halos 400 pamilya, inilikas na sa QC

Halos 400 pamilya na ang inilikas sa ilang bahagi ng Quezon City bunsod ng masamang panahon dulot ng Typhoon Ulysses.

Ayon sa Quezon City government, nasa kabuuang 392 pamilya o 1,885 indibidwal ang namamalagi na sa evacuation centers sa pangangalaga ng Social Services Development Department katuwang ang mga barangay.

Tiniyak naman na nabigyan ng pagkain ang mga evacuee.

Sa kasagsagan ng bagyo, nagsagawa ng forced evacuation ang QCDRRMO sa mga residente sa Tupaz Kaliwa Riverside sa Barangay Novaliches Proper.

Nauna na ring inilikas ang ilang pamilya sa Barangay Bagong Silangan.

Ayon sa QC LGU, nakahanda rin ang evacuation centers ng Barangay Mariblo, Masambong, Batasan, Bagong Silangan, at Tatalon.

Pakiusap naman ng QC government sa mga residente mula sa low-lying at flood prone areas na makipagtulungan para maiwasan ang anumang uri ng sakuna.
