Consular offices ng DFA sa NCR at ilang rehiyon, sarado sa Nov. 12
Suspendido ang operasyon ng Office of Consular Affairs sa Aseana, Parañaque City at mga consular office sa iba pang rehiyon sa araw ng Huwebes, November 12, ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
Sinabi ng kagawaran na ito ay alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 82 s. 2020 ng Office of the President bunsod ng malakas na pag-ulang dulot ng Typhoon Ulysses.
Apektado ang consular offices sa mga sumusunod na rehiyon:
– Region 2
– Region 3
– Region 4 (CALABARZON, MIMAROPA)
– Region 5
– Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
– National Capital Region (NCR)
Inabisuhan naman ang mga aplikante na may confirmed appointments sa naturang petsa na magpa-appoint muli kasama ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon:
– Name
– Date of birth
– Original appointment date and time
– Preferred date and time of new appointment
Ipadala lamang ito sa mga sumusunod:

Ang bagong appointment schedule ay maaaring itapat mula November 13 hanggang December 11, Lunes hanggang Biyernes tuwing regular operation hours.
Kung ang appointment ay naka-book sa OCA-Aseana, maaaring ipadala ang email sa:

– civil registry matters (Report of Birth/Marriage/Death): [email protected]
Kung naka-book naman ang appointment sa isa sa mga apektadong consular offices, magpadala ng email sa mga email addresses na nakalista sa DFA Consular Offices directory:

Sinabi rin ng DFA na maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa pamamagitan ng email sakaling mayroong emergency o kailangang urgent consular services.
