Nilinis ng mga ilegal na istraktura at iba pang bagay na pangit sa paningin ang Clark Civil Aviation Complex.
Ayon kay Aaron Aquino, president ng Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC), kasama sa mga pinatanggal niya ang mga ipinagbabawal na pasilidad, barong-barong, junk yards, sleeping quarters, bodega na madumi ang paligid maging mga sampayan ng mga damit na kitang-kita ng publiko.
Katuwiran niya, layon lang naman ng kanilang hakbang na mapanatili ang kaayusan at magandang imahe ng commercial and business landscape sa Clark Freeport Zone.
“My orders are to immediately dismantle these illegal structures, secure the area and prohibit the entry of unauthorized persons, vehicles or equipment or farm ani
mals, to ensure orderliness and create a more conducive business environment,” aniya.
Noong Hulyo, hiniling na nila aniya sa mga ‘locators’ na tigilan ang pagpapatayo ng mga istraktura ng walang permiso at pag-apruba ng gobyerno.
Ang opisina ni Aquino ang nangangasiwa sa 200-hectare civil aviation complex, kung saan matatagpuan ang Clark International Airport, gayundin ang 45 ibat-ibang negosyo.
