PAGASA nagbabala ng posibleng storm surge sa ilang baybaying dagat dahil sa bagyong Ulysses
Nagbabala ang PAGASA ng posibleng storm surge sa baybaying dagat ng Quezon kasama na ang Polilio Islands, Camarines Norte, Catanduanes, northern at eastern coastal areas ng Camarines Sur dahil sa bagyong Ulysses.
Ayon sa weather bureau, maaring umabot ng tatlong metro ang taas ng storm surge.
Maari ring makaranas ng storm surge ang coastal areas ng Aurora, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, northern portions ng Mindoro Provinces kasama na Lubang Island, Marinduque, Romblon, Masbate kasama ang Ticao at Burias Islands, Albay, Sorsogon, at Camarines Sur.
Ang storm surge o daluyong ay ang hindi pangkaraniwang pagtaas ng tubig sa dalampasigan habang papalapit ang bagyo sa baybayin.
