Ipinag-utos na ang pre-emptive evacuation sa mga pamilya sa high-risk areas sa Camarines Sur.
Ayon kay Gov. Miguel Luis “Migz” Villafuerte, sinimulan ang evacuation sa araw ng Martes, November 10.
Pinatitiyak ng gobernador na dapat mailikas ang lahat ng pamilya bago sumapit ang 5:00, Martes ng hapon.
“Ensure that all evacuation centers are safe and structurally fit to withstand the strength of TD Ulysses,” saad sa inilabas na memorandum no. 1 sa Bagyong Ulysses ni Villafuerte.
Ipinag-utos din sa mga lokal na opisyal na magsagawa ng declogging sa mga kanal, ilog at iba pang waterways upang maiwasan ang pagbaha.
Itinaas sa red alert status ang nasabing probinsya kasunod ng banta ng Bagyong Ulysses epektibo 7:00, Lunes ng gabi (November 9).
