746 pasahero sa mga pantalan sa Bicol, stranded bunsod ng Bagyong Ulysses

Umabot na sa mahigit 700 ang bilang ng mga stranded na pasahero sa mga pantalan.

Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), ito ay bunsod ng Bagyong Ulysses.

Sa maritime safety advisory hanggang 12:00, Martes ng tanghali (November 10), na-stranded ang 746 pasahero, truck drivers at cargo helpers sa mga pantalan sa Bicol region.

Maliban dito, stranded din ang siyam na vessels at 293 rolling cargoes.

Sinabi ng ahensya na moderate to rough sea condition ang nararanasan sa nasabing rehiyon.

Patuloy naman ang 24/7 nationwide monitoring ng PCG Operations Center para sa istriktong implementasyon ng guidelines sa galaw ng mga sasakyang-pandagat.

Nakaalerto rin ang Coast Guard Districts, Stations, at Sub-Stations across sa bansa sakaling magkaroon ng emergency situations, katuwang ang Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC).
