Nagsasagawa na ng rescue operations sa bahagi ng isang barangay sa Sanchez Mira sa Cagayan.
Inilikas ng mga tauhan ng Philippine Marines, Rescue 18, PNP, Bureau of Fire Protection at Task Force LIngkod Cagayan ang mga residente sa Sitio Labbeng, Brgy. Dagueray.
Mabilis kasing tumaas ang tubig-baha sa nasabing lugar dahil sa nararanasang patuloy na pagbuhos ng ulan.
Simula pa kahapon ay nakararanas ng malakas at patuloy na pag-ulan sa Cagayan dahil sa tail-end ng cold front.
