200 pamilya sa Tiwi, Albay tumanggap ng tulong mula sa Red Cross
Nahatiran na din ng tulong ng Philippine Red Cross ang nasa 200 na mga pamlya mula sa Tiwi, Albay.
Ang bayan ng Tiwi ay kabilang sa mga bayan sa Albay na matinding napinsala ng ng hagupit ng bagyong Rolly.
Namahagi ang Red Cross ng hygiene kits at jerry cans sa 76 na pamilya sa Brgy. Bariis at 124 na pamilya sa Brgy. Joroan sa Tiwi, Albay.
Tiniyak ng Red Cross na pupuntahan ang iba pang mga lugar na nasalanta ng bagyo.
“Relief is not only to give people their necessities. It’s also meant to give them hope to get back on life and make them feel that they are not alone,” ayon kay Red Cross Chairman at Sen. Richard Gordon.
