3 lugar, nakataas sa orange rainfall warning

Nakataas pa rin ang heavy rainfall warning ang ilang lugar sa bansa.

Sa inilabas na abiso ng PAGASA bandang 1:50, Lunes ng hapon (November 9), ito ay dulot pa rin ng tail end of a cold front.

Nakataas ang orange warning level sa Babuyan Island, Calayan Island at Dalupiri Island.

Dahil dito, sinabi ng weather bureau na posibleng makararanas ng matinding pagbaha sa mabababang lugar.

Maaari ring magkaroon ng pagguho ng lupa sa mga landslide prone area.

Asahan naman ang mahina hanggang katamtamang pag-ulan sa Sta. Ana, Cagayan at Divilacan, Isabela sa susunod na dalawa hanggang tatlong oras.

Pinayuhan ang publiko at disaster risk reduction and management council na manatiling nakatutok sa lagay ng panahon.
