Pinagbibitiw na sa pwesto ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang mga tiwaling opisyal ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
Partikular na tinukoy ng pangulo ang mga sangkot sa “partial delivery” at “ghost projects” sa DPWH.
“Kayong may kasalanan diyan, I advise you to resign now. Resign now. Kasi pagdating ng panahon, I will throw the book at you,” ayon sa pangulo.
Tiniyak ng pangulo na mahaharap sa kaso at mapapanagot ang mga tiwali sa ahensya.
Ipinag-utos din ng pangulo ang pagsasagawa ng auditing sa mga proyekto ng DPWH.
Ito ay para matukoy aniya ang mga “ghost projects” at masimulan nang masampulan ang mga sangkot dito.
