PhilHealth nagbayad ng dagdag na P100M sa Red Cross

Nakapagbigay pa ng karagdagang P100 million ang PhilHealth para sa nalalabi nitong utang sa Philippine Red Cross.

Ayon kay PhilHealth Chief Executive Officer Dante Gierran, kahapon ibinayad ang P100-million para sa reimbursement sa ginagawang COVID-19 testing ng Red Cross sa mga umuuwing OFWs.

Sinabi ni Gierran na minamadali na rin ng PhilHealth ang pagsasagawa nito ng validation ng claims sa pag-reimburse sa COVID-19 tests ng Red Cross.

Magugunitang umabot sa P930 million ang utang PhilHealth sa Red Cross.

Noong Oct. 27 ay nagbayad ng inisyal na P500 million ang PhilHealth sa PRC.
