2.5 percent inflation rate naitala sa nagdaang buwan ng Oktubre

Bahagyang bumilis ang inflation o ang pagtaas ng presyo ng bilihin at serbisyo noong nagdaang buwan ng Oktubre.

Ayon sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) 2.5 percent ang naitalang inflation sa buwan ng Oktubre, mas mabilis kumpara sa 2.3 percent noong Setyembre.

Ayon sa PSA, nakapag-ambag sa mataas na inflation ang pagtaas ang presyo ng pagkain, partikular ang karne, isda at gulay.

Tumaas din ang singil sa barbershop services ng 7.6% noong October, at tumaas din ang education costs para sa private schools.

Nakapagtala din ng pagtaas sa pamasahe partikular sa tricycle at jeep.
