Catanduanes isinailalim sa state of calamity

Isinailalim sa state of calamity ang lalawigan ng Catanduanes dahil sa pinsalang naidulot ng Super Typhoon Rolly.
Ang bagyong Rolly ang pinakamalakas na bagyong tumama sa bansa ngayong taon.
Sa lalawigan ng Catanduanes umabot sa 20,000 mga bahay ang nawasak at umabot sa P1.3 billion ang halaga ng pinsala sa agrikultura.
Sa pagdedeklara ng state of calamity, magagamit na ng lokal na pamahalaan ang calamity funds para sa rehabilitasyon at relief efforts.
