Pre-emptive evacuation ipinatupad sa Calayan, Cagayan dahil sa bagyong Siony

Nagpatupad na ng pre-emptive evacuation sa Calayan sa lalawigan ng Cagayan dahil sa inaasahang epekto ng Severe Tropical Storm Siony.
Umabot sa 12 pamilya o 36 na katao ang inilikas sa Barangay Balatubat, Camiguin Island.
Dinala sila sa evacuation center sa Lyceum of Camiguin.
Inabisuhan na din ang mga residente sa coastal areas na maging maingat at alerto sa posibleng pagkakaroon ng flashflood at coastal flooding.
