Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), naging normal ang maritime operations bandang 8:00, Martes ng umaga (November 3).
Sinabi ng PCG Command Center na wala nang napaulat na stranded na pasahero, drivers, cargo helpers, vessels, motorbancas o rolling cargoes sa lahat ng pantalan sa bansa.
Matatandaang may mga na-stranded na pasahero at sasakyang-pandagat dahil sa Bagyong Rolly.
