Tropical Storm Siony lumakas pa; mabagal pa ring kumikilos sa Philippine Sea
Nananatiling mabagal at halos stationary ang Tropical Storm Siony.
Ang bagyo ay huling namataan ng PAGASA sa layong 565 kilometers East ng Basco, Batanes.
Lumakas pa ito at taglay na ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 85 kilometers bawat oras malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 105 kilometers bawat oras.
Kumikilos ang bagyo sa direksyong east northeast.
Ayon sa PAGASA nananatiling may posibilidad na tumama ang bagyo sa kalupaan ng Bataneso Babuyan Islands area sa Biyernes.
Sa susunod na 24 hanggang 36 na oras, inaasahang lalakas pa ito at aabot sa severe tropical storm.
