Tropical Storm Siony halos hindi gumagalaw; tatama sa kalupaan ng Batanes o Babuyan
Halos walang galawan sa bahagi ng Philippine Sea si Tropical Storm Siony.
Sa weather bulletin ng PAGASA, ang bagyo ay huling namataan sa layong 595 kilometers East ng Calayan, Cagayan.
Taglay naman nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 75 kilometers bawat oras malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 80 kilometers bawat oras.
Ayon sa PAGASA, sa susunod na 36 na oras ay mananatiling stationary si Tropical Storm Siony.
Posible itong tumama sa Batanes o Babuyan area sa susunod na mga araw.
Posible ring lumakas pa ang bagyo at maging isang severe tropical storm.
