Patuloy ang paghina ng Bagyong Rolly at isa nang Tropical Storm, ayon sa PAGASA.
Sa huling severe weather bulletin, huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa 150 kilometers Northwest ng Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro o 90 kilometers West Southwest ng Sangley Pt, Cavite dakong 10:00 ng gabi.
Taglay na nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 85 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 105 kilometers per hour.
Kumikilos pa rin ang bagyo sa direksyong pa-Hilagang Kanluran sa bilis na 20 kilometers per hour.

Ayon sa PAGASA, posibleng lumabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ang bagyo sa Martes ng umaga, November 3.
Babala ng weather bureau, asahan pa rin ang light to moderate na kung minsan ay heavy rains sa Ilocos region, CAR, Cagayan Valley at Central Luzon.
