20 ruta para sa higit 2,000 unit ng UV express, binuksan na
Binuksan na ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang 20 ruta ng 2,428 units ng UV Express simula sa araw ng Linggo, November 1.
Sa Memorandum Circular (MC) 2020-066, kailangang ‘road-worthy’ o maayos ang kondisyon ng jeep na may valid Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) o Application for Extension of Validity at nakarehistro sa Personal Passenger Insurance Policy ang bawat unit.
Bagamat pinayagang makapagbiyahe kahit walang special permit, may ibibigay na QR code sa bawat operator na dapat ilagay sa short bond paper at ipaskil sa PUV.

Dapat ding sumunod sa basic health and safety protocols na ipinag-uutos ng IATF para sa mga pampublikong sasakyan.
Paalala pa ng LTFRB, walang taas-pasahe na ipatutupad maliban na lamang kung opisyal na ilahad at inaprubahan ng ahensya.
Sa ngayon, may 33,163 PUJs na bumibiyahe sa 371 routes sa Metro Manila, bukod pa sa 865 modern PUJs sa 48 ruta.
Bumibiyahe rin ang 4,499 units ng Public Utility Bus (PUB) sa 35 ruta at 387 point to point buses sa 34 ruta.
Mayroon ding 6,755 UV Express units sa 118 ruta, 20,964 taxis at 25,068 TNVS.
