P26.5-M halaga ng mga gamot, gamit inihanda ng DOH para sa #RollyPH
Kabilang ang ilang suplay para sa COVID-19 response sa P26.5 milyon halaga ng mga gamot at gamit na inihanda ng DOH sa disaster response sa pananalasa ng bagyong Rolly sa malaking bahagi ng Luzon.
Ito ang sinabi ni Health Sec. Francisco Duque III at aniya ang mga gamot at gamit ay nakahanda na sa mga Centers for Health Development.
Bukod pa dito, ayon pa sa kalihim, ang P21.7 milyon halaga ng mga gamit sa DOH Central Office warehouse na maaring magamit sakaling kailanganin.
Sa ngayon ay ang DOH Central Office ay nasa Code Blue Alert nangangahulugan na kalahati sa kanilang puwersa ang pinapasok sa trabaho maging ang mga nasa pasilidad ng kagawaran.
Samantala, ang DOH – Region 5 naman ay nasa Code Red Alert, nangangahulugan na ang lahat ay pinapasok sa trabaho, partikular na ang mga nasa emergency room ng mga ospital.
“We sent weather alert memorandum to all centers for health development including the BARMM ministry of health, and DOH maintained hospitals regarding the weather disturbance, activation of code alerts and 24/7 operations center. We alerted all hospitals to ensure their functional generator sets and their adequate critical life-saving equipment are ready,” sabi ni Duque.
