Base sa hydrological dam situationer bandang 9:00 ng umaga, umabot na sa 100.58 meters ang water level ng naturang dam dakong 8:00 ng umaga.
Inaasahan pang tataas ito dahil sa nararanasang pag-ulan dala ng Typhoon Rolly.
Dahil dito, isasagawa ang spilling operations bandang 4:00 ng hapon.
Sinabi ng PAGASA na 47 cms ang ilalabas na tubig ng dam.
Pinayuhan naman ang mga residente sa mabababng lugar sa bahagi ng Angat River mula Norzagaray, Angat, San Rafael, Bustos, Baliuag, Pulilan, Plaridel at Hagonoy na maging alerto sa posibleng pagtaas ng water level.
