Umabot na sa 1,360 ang bilang ng mga stranded na pasahero sa mga pantalan.

Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), ito ay bunsod ng Typhoon Rolly.

Sa maritime safety advisory hanggang 12:00, Sabado ng tanghali (October 31), na-stranded ang 1,360 pasahero, truck drivers at cargo helpers sa mga pantalan sa Bicol region at Eastern Visayas.

Maliban dito, stranded din ang 33 vessels, tatlong motorbancas at 517 rolling cargoes.

Sinabi ng ahensya na moderate sea condition ang nararanasan sa Bicol at Eastern Visayas.

Patuloy naman ang 24/7 nationwide monitoring ng PCG Operations Center para sa istriktong implementasyon ng guidelines sa galaw ng mga sasakyang-pandagat.

Nakaalerto rin ang Coast Guard Districts, Stations, at Sub-Stations across sa bansa sakaling magkaroon ng emergency situations, katuwang ang Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC).
