Pansamantalang ipinahinto ang lahat ng konstruksyon sa Navotas City bilang paghahanda sa Typhoon Rolly.
Sa abiso ng Local Building Office, epektibo ito simula 12:00, Sabado ng tanghali (October 31), hanggang 7:59, Martes ng umaga (November 3).
Ipinag-utos sa lahat ng building owner, contractor at construction professional na magpatupad ng safety precautions at sumunod sa direktiba.
“All structures, equipment, devices, billboards/signs and all objects that may pose hazard or cause injury/loss of life and property should be secured for the safety of the General Public,” nakasaad pa sa abiso.
Ipinag-utos din sa lahat ng billboard and sign owners o operators na ibaba ang tarpaulin at iba pang mga kaparehong printed materials.
“General Public are encouraged to inspect their Residential or Commercial Structures specially roofing, building attachments and drainage system for possible cleaning and repair; and monitor advisories from the City Government of Navotas and Severe Weather Bulletin issued by PAGASA,” dagdag pa nito.
