Pinasinayaan ng Ang Probinsyano Partylist ang isang bagong e-skwela hub sa Sampaloc, Maynila.

Matatagpuan ang e-skwela hub sa bahagi ng Barangay 350.

Inaasahang makatutulong ito para sa mga estudyante at guro para sa online classes sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.
