Nasa loob na ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ang Severe Tropical Storm na may international name na “Goni.”
Ayon sa PAGASA, nakapasok ng teritoryo ng bansa ang bagyo bandang 5:30 ng hapon.
Dahil dito, tatawagin na ang naturang bagyo bilang “Rolly.”
Maglalabas ng update ng PAGASA hinggil sa bagyong Rolly simula 11:00, Huwebes ng gabi (October 29).
