Ikinandado na ang Manila North Cemetery, Miyerkules ng hapon (October 27).

Ibinahagi ng Manila Public Information Office ang video ng pagsasara sa naturang sementeryo bandang 5:00 ng hapon.

Alinsunod ito sa kautusan ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) na isara ang lahat ng sementeryo sa buong bansa mula October 29 hanggang November 4.

Bahagi ito ng pag-iingat ng gobyerno upang maiwasang kumalat pa ang COVID-19.

Muli namang magbubukas ang sementeryo sa araw ng Huwebes, November 5.
