Ligtas na naihatid ang 80 locally stranded individuals (LSIs) at Authorized Person Outside Residence (APORs) sa Iloilo City.
Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), dumating ang mga LSI at APOR sa Arrastre Pier, Fort San Pedro, araw ng Martes (October 27).
Ang naturang ferry mission ay nagmula sa Cebu.
Isinailalim ng mga tauhan ng PCG ang mga LSI at APOR sa health at disembarkation protocol laban sa banta ng COVID-19.
Bahagi ito rin ng malawakang “Hatid Tulong Initiative” ng pamahalaan sa kasagsagan ng COVID-19 pandemic.
