Mga nasamsam na e-devices, ido-donate ng BOC NAIA sa DepEd para sa distance learning

Nagsagawa ng inventory ang Bureau of Customs – NAIA sa mga nasamsam na electronic devices at iba pang materyales na ido-donate sa Department of Education (DepEd) para sa distance learning program.

Kabilang dito ang flash drives, hard drives, mobile phones, full HD LED computer monitors, printers, laptops, routers, pocket WiFi, computer tablets, educational books, at school bags at shoes.

Kumuha ng mga clearance mula sa National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) at Optical Media Board (OMB) upang matiyak na pumasa ang mga gamit sa minimum standards at ligtas gamitin ng publiko.

Ang naturang inisyatibo ng NAIA ay alinsunod sa direktiba ni Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero na i-donate ang mga nakumpiskang gadget sa DepEd bilang kontribusyon ng ahensya sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.

“Customs NAIA hopes that the gadgets will be of help in the blended learning program of DepEd and be able to support this new learning modalities of students in different communities,“ pahayag ni District Collector Carmelita Talusan.
