18 LGUs sa bansa maituturing pang “high risk” areas sa COVID-19 ayon sa OCTA Research

Maituturing pa ring high-risk sa COVID-19 ang nasa 18 mga local government units (LGUs) sa bansa.

Ito ay dahil sa mataas na daily case load, attack rate, o mataas na hospitalization occupancy sa mga lugar.

Ayon sa OCTA Research, ang grupo ng mga eksperto na nagmomonitor ng COVID-19 situation sa bansa, kabilang sa mga LGU na maituturing pang high risk o areas of concern ay ang mga sumusunod:

Metro Manila
– Pasay
– Makati
– Pasig
– Mandaluyong

Luzon
– Baguio City, Benguet
– Itogon, Benguet
– Calamba, Laguna
– Angono, Rizal
– Cainta, Rizal
– Taytay, Rizal
– Lucena, Quezon
– Ilagan, Isabela
– Batangas City, Batangas
– General Trias, Cavite

Visayas
– Iloilo City, Iloilo
– San Carlos City, Negros Occidental

Mindanao
– Davao City, Davao Del Sur
– Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte

Ikinababahala ng OCTA Research ang pagkakaroon ng mataas na hospital occupancy sa nasabing mga lugar.

Dahil dito, hinimok ng OCTA Research ang mga LGU na paigtingin pa ang kakayahan nito sa testing, tracing, at isolation.
