Umabot na sa 605 ang bilang ng mga stranded na pasahero sa mga pantalan.
Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), ito ay bunsod ng Typhoon Quinta.
Sa maritime safety advisory hanggang 4:00, Lunes ng hapon (October 26), na-stranded ang mga pasahero sa mga pantalan sa Southern Tagalog, Bicol Region, Western Visayas at Palawan.
Maliban dito, stranded din ang 472 rolling cargoes, 20 vessels, at 12 motorbancas.
Patuloy naman ang 24/7 nationwide monitoring ng PCG Operations Center para sa istriktong implementasyon ng guidelines sa galaw ng mga sasakyang-pandagat.
Nakaalerto rin ang Coast Guard Districts, Stations, at Sub-Stations across sa bansa sakaling magkaroon ng emergency situations, katuwang ang Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC).
