#QuintaPH inaasahang lalabas ng bansa sa Martes ng umaga (Oct. 27)

Bahagya pang lumakas ang Typhoon Quinta habang binabagtas ang West Philippine Sea, ayon sa PAGASA.

Batay sa huling severe weather bulletin, huling namataan ang bagyo sa layong 310 kilometers Kanluran ng Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro dakong 4:00 ng hapon.

Taglay nito ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 130 kilometers per hour malapit sa gitna at pagbugsong aabot sa 160 kilometers per hour.

Tinatahak ng bagyo ang direksyong West Northwest sa bilis na sa 25 kilometers per hour.

Dahil dito, nakataas ang tropical cyclone wind signal no. 1 sa mga sumusunod na lugar:
– Batangas
– Occidental Mindoro kabilang ang Lubang Island
– Oriental Mindoro
– Calamian Islands
– Extreme northern portion ng Antique (Caluya)

Ayon sa weather bureau, patuloy itong kikilos patungo sa western boundary ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Inaasahang lalabas ang bagyo ng teritoryo ng bansa sa Martes ng umaga (October 27).

Gayunman, asahan pa rin ang katamtaman hanggang mabigat na buhos ng ulan sa Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, northern Palawan kabilang ang Calamian at Cuyo Islands, CALABARZON, Aurora, at Isabela.

Magdudulot din ng pag-ulan ang tail-end of a frontal system sa Cagayan, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Ilocos Norte, at Ilocos Sur.

Makakaapekto rin ang dalawang weather system sa Metro Manila, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Bangsamoro, at nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon.
