Sumakabilang-buhay na si dating PNP comptrollership chief Major Gen. Joevic Ramos ang police official na kasama sa bumagsak na chopper sa Laguna noong Marso.
Kinumpirma ni Philippine National Police Spokesperson Col. Ysmael Yu ang pagpanaw ni Ramos.
Si Ramos ay kabilang sa sakay ng PNP Bell 429 nang bumagsak ito sa Laguna noong Marso.
Lulan din ng naturang chopper si dating PNP chief na si Archie Gamboa at iba pang mga opisyal.
Nagpaabot naman ng pakikiramay ang PNP sa mga naulila ni Ramos.
Sa panahon ng pamunuan nina Gamboa at dating PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde ay nanilbihan bilang Director for Comptrollership si Ramos.
Siya ay miyembro ng PMA Sinagtala Class of 1986.
