Isang pari sa Cebu ang itinalaga ni Pope Francis bilang miyembro ng Papal household.
Si Msgr. Jan Thomas Limchua, 36 anyos ay hinirang bilang Papal Chaplain.
Nagtapos si Limchua ng kaniyang theological studies sa Faculty of Theology sa University of Navarre sa Pamplona, Spain.
Naordinahan siya bilang pari sa Archdiocese of Cebu noong taong 2010.
Tinapos niya ang kaniyang doctorate in Canon Law sa Pontifical Lateran University sa Rome.
Noong 2014, pumasok siya sa Diplomatic Service sa Roma.
