Balik na sa normal ang maritime operations, ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
Ito ay batay sa abiso ng ahensya bandang 12:00, Huwebes ng tanghali (October 15).
Sinabi ng PCG Command Center na wala ng ulat na stranded stakeholders, rolling cargoes, vessels, o motorbancas sa lahat ng pantalan sa bansa.
Sa huling abiso ng PAGASA, nasa West Philippine Sea pa rin ang Tropical Depression Ofel.
