Tropical Depression Ofel napanatili ang lakas habang patungo sa Burias Island
Nabawasan na ang mga lugar na nakasailalim sa Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal bunsod ng bagyong Ofel.
Sa 11AM weather bulletin ng PAGASA, ang bagyo ay huling namataan sa layong 50 kilometers West ng Juban, Sorsogon.
Bahagya itong bumagal at ngayon ay kumikilos na lang ng 10 kilometers bawat oras sa direksyong West Northwest.
Taglay pa rin ng bagyo ang lakas ng hanging aabot sa 45 kilometers bawat oras at pagbugsong aabot sa 55 kilometers bawat oras.
Nakataas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1 sa sumusunod na mga lugar:
– Batangas
– southern portion ng Laguna (Luisiana, Majayjay, Liliw, Nagcarlan, Rizal, San Pablo City, Calauan,Alaminos, Los Banos, Bay, Magdalena)
– Central at southern portions ng Quezon (Guinayangan, Tagkawayan, Buenavista, San Narciso, San Andres, Mulanay, San Francisco, Catanauan, Lopez, Calauag, Quezon,Alabat, Perez, Atimonan, Tayabas City, Mauban, Sampaloc, Lucban, Gumaca, General Luna, Macalelon, Pitogo, Unisan, Plaridel, Padre Burgos, Agdangan, Pagbilao, Lucena City, Sariaya, Candelaria, Dolores, Tiaong, San Antonio),
– Calamian Islands
– Occidental Mindoro
– Oriental Mindoro
– Marinduque
– Romblon
– Camarines Norte
– Camarines Sur
– Catanduanes
– Albay
– Sorsogon
– Masbate (including Ticao and Burias Islands)
Ayon sa PAGASA, inaasahang tatawirin din ng bagyo ang Southern Luzon area.

Ngayon hanggang bukas ng umaga:
– moderate to heavy with at times intense rains sa Bicol Region, CALABARZON, Marinduque, Romblon, at Mindoro Provinces.
– moderate with at times heavy rains sa Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Northern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar, at Biliran.
– Makararanas din ng pag-ulan sa Mindanao dahil sa Southwest Monsoon.
