Pinasinayaan na ang ‘We Heal As One’ quarantine facility sa bahagi ng Pacwood Site, Barangay Tunasan sa Muntinlupa City, araw ng Martes (October 13).
Pinangunahan ang turnover ceremony nina Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade, Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, at Muntinlupa City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi.
Ilalaan ang pasilidad para sa COVID-19 patients at suspected cases sa naturang lungsod.
Ang 144-bed facility ay may individual comfort rooms, air-conditioning units, at bed supplies.
Mayroon din itong Wi-Fi connection at ang mag-o-occupy na residente ay makakatanggap ng COVID-19 essentials bag na may lamang hygiene kit, vitamins, medicines, thermometer, bedsheet, pillow blanket, at towels, at iba pa.
“Ang pangalan ho nito ay We Heal As One Center. Very appropriate indeed. Kung hindi tayo united, kung walang unity, walang sama-sama, walang paroroonan. Kung tayo ay gagamutin, at susugpuin natin ang COVID-19, dapat lang na WE DO IT AS ONE,” pahayag ng kalihim.
