Pag-iral ng Liquor Ban sa Valenzuela City binawi na; pero tagayan bawal pa din

Simula sa October 15, 2020 ay lifted na ang pag-iral ng liquor ban sa Valenzuela City.

Ayon kay Valenzuela City Mayor Rex Gatchalian, pinawawalang-bisa na ang Stay Sober Ordinance o ang Liquor Ban sa lungsod.

Sa pagbawi ng liquor ban, paiiralin naman ang “Liquor Regulation During the Pandemic Ordinance”.

Sa ilalim ng bagong regulasyon, hindi pwedeng magtinda ng alak tuwing curfew hours ula alas 10:00 ng gabi hanggang alas 5:00 ng umaga.

Hindi rin pwedeng pagbentahan ng alak ang mga menor de edad at buntis.

Bawal ang pag-inom ng alak sa mga pampublikong lugar.

Kung iinom ng alak dapat ay tiyaking nasusunod ang health and safety protocols.

Bawal ang tagayan, at hiraman ng baso.

Bawal ding magpakalat-kalat kapag nakainom o lasing.

May limitasyon din sa bilang ng mga alak na pwedeng ibenta ng mga establisyimento.
