Madaragdagan ng 40 hanggang 50 centavos kada litro ng presyo kada litro ng diesel.
Habang 50 hanggang 60 centavos ang posibleng dagdag sa presyo ng kada litro ng kerosene.
Samantala, posible namang may bawas na 10 hanggang 20 centavos ang presyo ng bawat litro ng gasolina.
