Sinimulan na ang pagpapaikot ng resolusyon sa mga kongresista para sa pagbabalik sesyon.

Sinabi ni Marinduque Rep. Lord Allan Velasco na ang pagbabalik sesyon lamang ang paraan para maipasa on time ang 2021 proposed budget at marami pa kasing mga kagawaran at ahensya ng pamahalaan ang hindi pa napagdedebatehan ang pondo para sa susunod na taon.
