Bilang ng mga Filipino sa abroad na nagpositibo sa COVID-19 umabot na sa 10,864 – DFA

Nadagdagan pa ang bilang ng mga Filipino na nagpositibo sa coronavirus disease o COVID-19 sa ibang bansa.

Sa datos ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) (Biyernes, October 9), nasa 10,864 na overseas Filipinos (OFs) ang kumpirmadong positibo sa COVID-19 sa 80 na bansa at rehiyon.

Sa nasabing bilang, 3,145 ang patuloy na nagpapagamot sa iba’t ibang ospital.

Ang bilang ng mga naka-recover o na-discharge na sa ospital ay 6,919.

Ang bilang naman ng mga Pinoy abroad na pumanaw dahil sa COVID-19 ay nanatili sa 800.

Pinakamarami pa ring naitalang confirmed COVID-19 positive na Filipino sa bahagi ng Middle East/Africa na may 7,137 na kaso.

Sumunod dito ang Europe na may 1,206 confirmed COVID-19 positive cases.

Nasa 1,711 naman ang kaso sa Asia Pacific Region at 810 sa Americas.
