Niyanig ng magnitude 3.1 na lindol ang lalawigan ng Davao Occidental.
Ang pagyanig ay naitala sa layong 68 kilometers southeast ng Saragani ala 12:59 ng hapon ngayong Biyernes, Oct. 9.
Ayon sa PHIVOLCS, tectonic ang origin ng lindol at may lalim na 33 kilometers.
Hindi naman ito inaasahang magdudulot ng pinsala at aftershocks.
