Bus operators dapat sundin ang utos ng LTFRB na gawing libre ang pag-iisyu ng Beep cards
Nagbabala ang Department of Transportation (DOTr) sa mga bus operator na maari silang patawan ng parusa kapag patuloy na nagpataw ng dagdag na fees sa Beep cards.
Pahayag ito ni DOTr consultant Alberto Suansing matapos magpalabas ng direktiba ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) na nag-uutos na alisin ang anumang dagdag na bayarin sa Beep cards.
Simula bukas, araw ng Biyernes (Oct. 9) wala na dapat issuance fee ang Beep cards.
Ang gastos lamang dapat ng pasahero sa Beep cards ay ang load nito.
Magugunitang mismong si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang nag-utos na dapat libre ang Beep cards sa mga commuters.
