Drug suspect timbog sa buy-bust operation sa Tanjay City, Negros Oriental
Naaresto ng mga awtoridad ang isang target listed drug personality sa Tanjay City, Negros Oriental Martes ng gabi.
Ayon sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Central Visayas (PDEA RO7), ikinasa ang buy-bust operation sa Purok 4, Barangay Obogon dakong 6:20 ng gabi.
Nahuli ang drug suspect na si Darius Caesar Abuda Ballena, 47-anyos na residente rin ng naturang lugar.
Nakumpiska kay Ballena ang apat na pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P6,800.
May mga nakuha ring drug paraphernalia, ginamit na buy-bust money at iba pang non-drug evidence.
Mahaharap si Ballena sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5, 11 at 12, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
