Dating Deputy Speaker Mikee Romero at Negros Rep. Teves kokomprontahin ni Speaker Cayetano kaugnay sa illegal business
Binalaan ni House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano sina Negros Oriental Rep. Arnulfo Teves Jr. at 1-Pacman party-list Rep. Mikee Romero na kanyang kokomprontahin kaugnay illegitimate or illegal business practices” ng dalawa.
Sinabi ni Cayetano na sa tamang panahon, kapag matapos na ang kanilang deliberasyon sa 2021 proposed P4.5-trillion national budget, ay kokomprontahin niya sina Romero at Teves dahil sa aniya’y iligal na gawain ng mga ito.
Malinaw anya sa Konstitusyon na hindi pwedeng gamitin ang posisyon ng congressman lalo kung illegitimate o illegal yung business.
Hindi naman binanggit ng house speaker ng detalye ng sinasabing illegal bussines ng dalawa.
Nauna nang inakusahan ni Deputy Speaker Lray Villafuerte, kaalyado ni Cayetano, si Teves, pati na si dating Negros Occidental Rep. Albee Benitez, nang pagkakasangkot sa illegal gambling.
Mababatid naman na si Romero ay negosyante na sangkot sa mga pantalan, minahan at air travel.
