Globe minamadali na ang paglalagay ng Fiber sa Metro Manila at mga kalapit na lalawigan
Minamadali na ng Globe Telecom ang paglalatag ng Fiber para mas mapagbuti pa ang internet connectivity sa mga tahanan.
Ang Fiber connectivity ay makapagbibigay ng mas stable na internet experience sa mga customer ng Globe.
Hanggang noong August 2020, naitaas ng Globe sa 51.4% ang fiber rollouts nito kumpara noong buong taon ng 2019.
Nakapaglagay na ang Globe ng dagdag na fiberized lines sa Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Cebu at Davao del Sur.
Sa Visayas, pinakamataas ang fiber roll outs ng Globe sa Cebu, habang sa Davao Del Sur naman sa Mindanao.
“We are complementing our aggressive mobile network upgrades with similar determination when it comes to our fiber to home efforts. In highly urbanized areas, where it is a challenge to build more cell towers, fiber will be key in giving our customers better internet experience as we move towards becoming a truly digital nation,” ayon kay Joel Agustin, Globe Senior Vice President for Program Delivery, Network Technical Group.
Sa Metro Manila naman, sinabi ni Agustin na ang Maynila, Quezon City at Caloocan City ang nanguna sa sa mga lugar na may nailatag nang fiber lines.
Sumusunod naman ang Pasig, Taguig, Las Pinas, Valenzuela, Makati, Paranaque at Pasay City.
