Muling pagkaantala ng budget deliberation dahil sa privilege speech ni Rep. Castro binatikos
Binatikos ni PBA Rep. Jericho Nograles si Capiz Rep. Fred Castro matapos na muling maantala ang plenary deliberations ng Kamara sa P4.05-trillion proposed 2021 national budget.
Ayon kay Nograles, pag-aaksaya ito sa oras na dapat ginugugol sa paghimay sa panukalang pambansang pondo para sa susunod na taon.
Sa halip na abusuhin ang kanilang prebilehiyo na makapagsalita sa plenaryo, sinabi ni Nograles na dapat sa Facebook na lamang inihayag ni Castro ang mga sentimiyento nito.
“What a waste of taxpayer’s money.
They should just air their sentiments on Facebook instead of abuse the privilege”, sabi ni Nograles.
Dahil sa pagka-antala aniya sa plenary deliberations, sa darating na Oktubre 7 na lamang tatalakayin ng Kamara ang 2021 budget ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) na nakatakda dapat ngayong araw, Oktubre 2.
