Comelec hihirit ng Motion for Reconsideration sa Supreme Court decision sa voters receipt
Maghahain ng Motion for Reconsideration sa lalong madaling panahon ang Commission on Elections kaugnay sa naging kautusan kahapon ng Supreme Court na mag isyu ng voters receipt sa May 9 national elections.
Ayon kay Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista, ihahain ang MR sa pamamagitan ng Office of the Solicitor General.
Humihirit din si Bautista na mabigyan sila ng pagkakataon na makapagsagawa ng demonstration ng Vote Counting Machine (VCM) sa harap ng mga mahistrado ng Korte Suprema.
Ito raw ay para makita ng mga mahistrado kung papaano tumatakbo ang pag-iimprenta ng mga makina ng resibo at kung bakit sa palagay ng Comelec ay mas marami itong disadvantages kaysa sa magiging bentahe.
Idinagdag pa ni Bautista na kung titingnan ang kasalukuyang electoral system ng bansa, mas marami ang magiging disadvantages ng pagpapagana sa voters receipt feature ng mga election machine.
